Hi DJ, just wondering if I could make these in individual dishes. Like the ones you would use for Creme Brûlée?. Would I need to make an adjustment to baking time? Yes, you could do individual portions. I'd just bake for a little less long. Also, I've never tried to torch Swerve, but word on the street is ... it'll scorch up just fine!
