Edna ... Ummmm ... I'm not sure! You could make a small amount of the cake batter and put it in a muffin pan and put a dollop of this within it, then top off the pan and bake. I suspect it would work, but might suggest backing off on some of the cream. My concern is that it would be too thin and what you really want is more of just straight cream cheese. Play with it. I suspect this is close!
